A new BacaApps is on its way
We are rebuilding the app as a reading room: paper pages, a shelf that grows with you, and a librarian you can ask. Try the prototype of the new design right here.
A reading room that greets you, picks up where you left off and suggests what to read next.

What is BacaApps?
BacaApps turns great non-fiction books into short summaries of their key ideas. Each summary is split into key points you can read in a few minutes, or listen to as audio.
What language are the summaries in?
Summaries are written in Bahasa Indonesia. Many books also have an English version of each page, which you can switch to while reading.
Is it free?
Yes. Create a free account to open new books every week; books you have opened stay yours to come back to. A Premium account removes the weekly limit.
Can I listen instead of reading?
Yes. Most summaries come with narrated audio in Bahasa Indonesia, on this website and in the Android app.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. BacaApps is on Google Play for Android phones, and you can read and listen on this website from any device, iPhone included.
